Open to Oklahoma patients 21 years of age or older, or valid OMMA patient license holders per applicable minimum age rules. Employees of TPC Holdings / Trees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Each participant may hold one account, tied to one phone number. Participants may not combine codes obtained from other people into a single account, nor transfer, sell, or auction codes or points. Any attempt to combine, transfer, or otherwise abuse codes or points results in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of all accumulated points, at Trees' sole discretion.
Patients earn 10 points per Trees infused preroll purchased, by entering the unique code on each unit. Accounts may enter up to 60 codes per calendar month. Points expire after 6 months of account inactivity (no new codes entered).
Proof of purchase is not required on every redemption. Patients must retain their unit code and receipt for 90 days after redemption — Trees reserves the right to request proof of purchase (a receipt photo, or the last 4–6 digits of the dispensary transaction number) on any redemption, particularly ones flagged as unusual.
All point redemptions are final. Trees reserves the right to modify the reward catalog, point values, or these program terms at any time; rate changes apply prospectively only and never reprice points already earned.
If the program is ever discontinued, participants will be given 120 days' notice to redeem remaining points.
